The new move of President Biden 's re-election campaign comes after the Democratic candidate for the first time called his Republican opponent a convicted criminal during rallies.
President Biden's new strategy is said to carry risks. Republican lawmakers are speaking out in support of Mr. Trump, calling him a victim of a politicized justice system.
