The US is about to have a new regulation against illegal immigration

Washington [US], May 8: By May 11, Washington will finalize a new rule denying asylum to migrants caught crossing the US-Mexico border illegally, Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas told Reuters. France.
The new rule imposes strict restrictions on asylum claims for any nationality from another country but through Mexico.
The new regulation is part of US President Joe Biden 's plan to tackle illegal immigration, which is expected to increase when Section 42 expires on May 11. Section 42, which has been in effect since March 2020, allows authorities to deport undocumented immigrants from a country with an infectious disease outbreak.
